  • Sources we have missed. Particularly published scholarship, memoirs and archival holdings relating to the Chittagong movement and to women in Bengali nationalist politics.

About this archive

pritilatawaddedar.com is an independent editorial archive on the life, education, politics and public memory of Pritilata Waddedar (1911–1932).

It is a work of editorial history rather than of primary research. It holds no documents and claims no new discoveries. What it sets out to do is keep three things clearly apart: what the record establishes, what historians interpret, and what this archive argues. The sources and method page states the rules it works by, in terms specific enough to be held to.

It carries no advertising, no tracking and no registration. It is free to read and free to use in teaching.
